Is Otter Tail Power really promoting cooperation and sensitivity to pollution issues?

Big Stone City and Ortonville really need to examine if Otter Tail is really being honest to both communities relative to pollution issues. For instance, why do we still have transmission lines and the eye soars at the foot of the lake.

Otter Tail needs to move this stuff before receiving support of a new transmission line.

Come on Otter Tail, you have received the profit and now you need to restore this very beautiful part of the lake!
