study Author, and former resident of Ortonville, Phil Bolsta will be at the Ortonville Public Library on Saturday, September 13 from 1:00 - 3:00. He will talk about his new book, "Sixty Seconds: Once Moment Changes Everything". He will also have copies of his book for sale and signing. Lunch will be provided by the Friends of the Ortonville Library Foundation.
