Bundock and Kline are up the hill from the Holiday Station -- turn right at the top of the hill and they are basically short streets that go to a house but are not through streets. I have never heard it referred to 'Dakota', let alone Pease or Spring. The way it is written leads you to believe that these are all up in the area from the Holiday Station.
I can tell you in Ortonville "Streets" run north and south and "Avenues" run east and west . My dad worked for the Ortonville Street Dept for over 30 years -- as he used to put it, "nothing is straight in town"....they don't actually go north and south -- more like NW to SE, or SW, depending on your line of travel. Some streets stop at one block and pick up again two blocks down the street. Stephens Avenue used to have signs that showed differently spellings -- Stephens, Stevens, but that has been corrected.
Touring town with Dad was a treat! Sadly he's not hear to go ask -- he'd know exactly where they are talking about without batting an eye!
Guess I'm 'old' enough to remember
WHY the Green House Hill is 'called' the Green House Hill.....
